Be part of me for this 35 Minute Kettlebell Superset HIIT Workout. In this exercise routine we will operate your whole human body in supersets and split it down with some toughness intervals and some HIIT intervals. If you have kettlebells in unique weights which is fantastic – if not, just use what you have. Options for all conditioning levels.

Dumbbells: I’m using 15, 18, 25lb pound kettlebells. (7 – 11 Kg)
